Information the app processes

• Store and installation information: your myshopify.com domain, the Chronivelle installation identifier, installation timestamps and webhook receipt identifiers.
• Campaign information: the names, messages, schedules, timezone, product handles, links, colors and other countdown settings you enter. Published settings are stored in an app-owned Shopify metafield and included in storefront pages so your countdown can render.
• Authentication: Shopify session tokens, which contain a store and user identifier, are verified to authorize requests. Online access tokens are used for the current request and are not saved in the application database.
• Operational information: request timing, route, response status and diagnostic errors used to operate and troubleshoot the service. Infrastructure error logs may include network and request metadata.
• Support correspondence: your email address and information you choose to send when contacting support.

Shopify’s installation screen may describe access to store-owner contact details. The current app does not query or save the owner’s name, phone or physical address through Shopify’s API. It does not request customer, order or product API permissions. Product handles are entered by the merchant.

Storefront visitors

The countdown reads published campaign settings and the current page’s product handle to choose what to display. It does not set its own tracking cookies, store visitor identifiers, send browsing events to our server or measure conversions. Shopify and the merchant’s other apps may process information under their own policies.

Do not place personal or confidential information in campaign settings. Published configuration is intended for storefront delivery.

How information is used and shared

We use information to authenticate merchants, save and display campaigns, provide support, protect the service and diagnose failures. Chronivelle exchanges authentication and campaign information with Shopify. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services. Service providers may process data in countries different from yours.

We do not sell campaign or personal information or use it for advertising. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the service and people who use it.

Retention and removal

Campaign drafts remain while you use the app, until you delete them or the app processes Shopify’s uninstall or shop-erasure notification. Shopify stores published configuration separately as app-owned data. Already open storefront pages can retain previously delivered configuration until reloaded.

Webhook identifiers are retained to prevent duplicate processing; records older than seven days are pruned when another verified webhook is processed. Operational logs are rotated and removed according to server retention settings. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal obligations.

Security and your choices

The service uses HTTPS, verifies Shopify authentication and webhook signatures, and restricts access to its database and credentials. No system can guarantee complete security.

You can edit or delete disabled campaign drafts in the app and uninstall through Shopify. To request access, correction, deletion or information about other privacy rights available to you, email help@appsorcerer.com. We may need to verify your authority over the store before acting. Do not email passwords or access tokens.
